Southeast AK has a wide variety of weather in the summer from 45 to 75 degrees. Ketchikan is located in a temperate rainforest averaging 13 feet of rain per year, so chances are you may be adventuring in the rain. We recommend a good pair of rain boots along with a rain jacket and pants. Also bring warm layers as the mornings are usually chilly on the ocean.
